Balcony, parking, and enclosed courtyard in front of the house. Large 1500 m² garden available. Secure garage on the ground floor only for storing several bicycles. Pétanque court available.
Unheated swimming pool measuring 7m x 3.5m and 0.90m to 1.60m deep. Open from mid-May to October, weather permitting.
Possibility to use the communal tennis court. Motorway 1 km as the crow flies (double glazing). Near the Etangs d'Or natural site: walking trails and fishing reserve. Places to visit: Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous festivals and events throughout the year. Restaurants and tasting rooms. The Voie des Vignes cycle route between Beaune and Santenay through the vineyards. Beaune, Beachside: 14,000 m² of beaches, 4 natural swimming pools, a climbing wall unique in France, and a restaurant. Small grocery store with bread in Merceuil. Close to renowned wine-growing villages: Meursault, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, etc.
Access to the house is via a few steps; therefore, this cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
