Modern, comfortable and spacious gîte in 'magnanerie' (silkworm farm) converted in 2008, in countryside setting below the Drôme Vercors mountains, 10 minutes from Romans and Valence, 7 minutes from TGV station. Adjoining owners' house, gîte has lovely little terrace on south side leading to landscaped grounds and large terrace/garden on north side (NOT overlooked) with wonderful views of the Vercors. You're sure to feel at home in the well equipped and tastefully decorated interior. Peaceful leafy setting, ideal for relaxing, walking/hiking nearby and exploring the region. Owners are happy to tell you about their favourite places!
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room with lounge area, WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (double bed) (2 single beds), shower room, WC. Heating: aerothermal underfloor & electric.
