Just 20 minutes from the Burgundy capital, this detached, fully renovated, single-story 19th-century house sits on a 1,400 m² enclosed plot.
Large, characterful living room (Burgundy flagstones and French ceiling) with a lounge and dining room. A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a glass wall overlooks the living room.
A small bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with toilet. A second bedroom with two twin beds (90 x 200 cm) and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bathroom also has a walk-in shower. A separate toilet is available. A folding bed, high chair, baby bath, booster seat, changing mat, and play mat are available upon request.
Enclosed grounds with parking, a terrace, and a large wooded garden. Pets are not allowed. Horses can be accommodated in the paddock. Two bicycles are available. This cottage is non-smoking. Bicycle storage is available in a small outbuilding.
The Dijon bus stop is located right next to the cottage.
Linens and cleaning included in the price.

Not to be missed: the Burgundy Canal, ideal for walking or cycling. Numerous cultural sites, including the Cîteaux Abbey, the Château du Clos Vougeot, the Route des Crus, and the Hospices de Beaune, both listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and the port of Saint-Jean-de-Losne. About ten kilometers from Dijon, the City of the Dukes offers many treasures to discover and year-round entertainment: the Museum of Fine Arts, the Owl Historical Trail, gourmet restaurants, and more. North of Dijon, there are MuséoParc Alésia and Fontenay Abbey. Also close to Jura tourist attractions such as the Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Sénans.
