Very well located for sightseeing, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, very close to the Auxois Zoological and Aquatic Park and Lake Grosbois with its beach. Detached single-story stone house, fully renovated and accessible to people with reduced mobility. A modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room. Three pleasant bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with two single beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and its private bathroom (bathtub and toilet). A TV is available in the living room and an additional TV is available in either bedroom. A second bathroom is accessible for people with disabilities and a toilet.
