This detached cottage with its private garden is located in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire. It is located in a former 18th and 19th century farmhouse. The owners live on the property but are not overlooked. Parking is available on the property, as well as a garage or covered shelter. The private, unfenced garden offers garden furniture and a pergola for relaxation.
The cottage comprises an entrance hall, a 45 m² living room (living room, dining room, and kitchen) with access to the 1000 m² private garden (relaxation and dining area with barbecue and plancha grill), a bathroom (shower) with toilet, a ground floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, a first floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a remote workspace with a desk and printer on the landing (wifi and fiber optic). The laundry room is located in the building opposite the cottage (washing machine, dryer, and clothes horse).
