The entire apartment and the terrace are exclusively for you. You benefit from 2 two parking spaces.
The apartment is on the ground floor of our house. With my family, we live upstairs.

Yes. 40 euros to be paid on site. If the flat is left in a very dirty condition, a cleaning fee of 100 euros will be taken from the deposit.

・ les lieux doivent être laissés propres à votre départ, les poubelles sorties, la vaisselle faite.
À noter :
・ prévoir 40 € pour le ménage à régler sur place.
・ un supplément de 100 euros sera prélevé sur la caution si l'appartement est rendu très sale.
