Ethanol fireplace. Bathroom with corner bathtub and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 2 bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed. A travel cot, high chair, and baby bath are available. A private tumble dryer is available (in the basement of the house).

Bike rides along the Burgundy Canal (direct access less than a kilometer away via a small village road). Climbing opportunities are available (Hauteroche and Saffres cliffs). Also worth seeing is Semur-en-Auxois, a pretty medieval town. Treetop adventure park and laser tag are available in Bierre-les-Semur. 1 hour from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and its Cité de la Gastronomie. 1 hour from Beaune and Hôtel-Dieu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
