A large veranda (24m²), overlooking the grounds, offers a breathtaking view of the Morvan and its forests.

Upstairs, the staircase leads to a 15m² landing bedroom, with 2 bunk beds and a separate 12m² bedroom, equipped with a 140cm bed and a wooden baby bed with bars.
A 12m² mezzanine accessible by a staircase from the landing is equipped with a 90cm bed.
On the landing, there are: a separate bathroom with shower, sink and washer-dryer as well as separate toilets. Internet with fiber.
This cottage is located in the heart of the forests and lakes of Morvan, a land of outdoor activities: canoeing, kayaking, rafting, tree climbing and mountain biking.
Many hiking possibilities.
Tourism: Vézelay (Unesco world heritage), Saint Père (Gothic Church), Bazoches (castle, Vauban's residence), Chastellux sur Cure castle. Avallon, the town and its ramparts.
The region has many lakes for fishing and swimming: Le Crescent, Chaumeçon, Pannecière, Les Settons.
