Near the Eure River and its lakes, a completely independent lodge with a private, shaded garden welcomes you in a pretty village south of Chartres. Fishing, hiking, horseback riding, cycling, and many other activities await you in the surrounding area. Detached house (140 m²), accessible by a few steps, located in a village, comprising:

At the 2nd roundabout decorated with a wooden bridge take direction Fontenay-sur-Eure. You enter the village and continue to the lowered roundabout. The cottage is in front of you.
